Products listed on this website are offered and sold under the terms and conditions of sale. Shukransale reserves the right to amend or update these terms without prior notice.

 

Products: 

The images of products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. We make reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including applicable colours. However, specifications, descriptions, and prices of products are subject to change, and we reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Some products may be provided by third-party vendors.

 

Orders: 

Upon placing an order, an electronic receipt will be sent to you via SMS and email. If we are unable to fulfil your order, our customer service team will notify you, and refunds will be issued if payment was made by card.

 

Product Prices: 

All product prices listed on the site include VAT but exclude delivery charges. In case of a price error, Shukransale has the right to cancel any affected orders.

 

Cancellation Policy: 

You can cancel your order any time before it is handed over to the courier. Please contact our customer service team for assistance. If a cancellation is made, Shukransale will issue a full refund, which may take 3-30 working days depending on the payment method and bank policy.

 

Multiple Product Orders: 

We aim to ship all items in an order together. If any item is unavailable at the time of shipping, it will be cancelled, and we will inform you first by phone. Payment for cancelled items will be refunded in full through the original payment method.

 

Payment: 

We accept online payments made by Visa, MasterCard (debit/credit card), and PayPal. We also offer cash on delivery within the UAE. Payments are processed securely, and all transactions are conducted in AED currency. Any payment disputes will be addressed under UAE law.

 

Delivery / Shipping Policy: 

We partner with third-party couriers to deliver across the UAE. Deliveries are typically made within 1-2 business days if the order is confirmed before 3:00 PM. Returns: 

If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 7 days of receiving the order. Sale and promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Delivery charges are non-refundable.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the UAE. Any disputes arising from the use of the site will be subject to UAE jurisdiction.
